The week is finally over, and I finally have an off day tomorrow. Work was long, and our 40% off markdown sale is over finally.

This weekend I’ve been really going for the comfy but cute look, and today was no different. Today I wore a light wash denim boyfriend shirt, and paired it with my ankle camouflage pants, and heart stud nude loafers.

Thursday was the day of my second interview and also the first day of spring! I was worried because I don’t really know a lot of people in Atlanta so I had a rough time finding someone to come in and be my model but finally someone came in and I gave her a banging blowout, if I must say so myself! And I finally was able to mail everything out to the Georgia State Board so hopefully I will hear something back soon about my cosmetology license being transferred from Texas to Georgia.

But I was trying to channel my inner bad ass stylist and went with a dark navy skirt with deep slits on both sides, a basic black cami, a black knit cardigan, and animal print Mary Janes.

I’ll Blog since They Forgot About Me At Work.

It’s 7pm and the store has finally closed. Friends and Family weekend is officially over. People are clocking out to go home, and I have yet to take my lunch. I was forgotten about. I’m hunched over and starvation is setting in. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to try on the dress I bought from Gap earlier now. Haha, okay enough of my dramatics.

I was forgotten about, but since I’m on lunch now and my day is just about over I can update! Today I decided I wanted to glam it up just a little bit, and ended up wearing a long sleeve cream chiffon button down shirt with a metallic collar, and metallic trim around the cuffs. And to dress the shirt up even more I wore my double choker collar necklace. It’s a choker that fits perfectly around the collar and the second attached necklace are just long pearls. I paired the shirt up with black capri pants and tall brown riding boots.

I got a lot of compliments on my shirt and necklace combo, and my feet were a lot better of today than they were yesterday.

Dermatologist and The Club.

Woke up bright and early today for a dermatologist appointment and I’m 115% positive that I looked like a 12 year in my skater skirt and the receptionist asking me if I needed a school note to get back into class. Haha my point has been proven! And my mom was definitely not a fan of my shirt today. It was the “fuck you” hand gestures on a solid white background shirt worn under a denim jacket. Offensive, yes, but a cool statement shirt? Definitely.

Me and my mom are mall rats no matter how much we both deny that we are, and somehow we ended up at yet another mall, and found some absolute steals on accident! A faux leather skater skirt on sale for 20 bucks, a gold faux snake skin skirt for 17 bucks, and a patterned bomber jacket for like 13 bucks. That’s a steal if you ask me!

Tonight was also Taylor’s last night in Atlanta so we went to check out this club here that’s supposed to be college night on Wednesdays. Let’s just say I would been done living the rest of my life not going there. And the temperature dropped ridiculously fast and it was freezing and Taylor and I are out in the cold with short skirts and crop tops. It was terrible.

Tonight was definitely interesting, and Taylor has an early flight in the morning. I hope everyone’s night was a lot warmer and a lot more productive than a ratchet club like mine was.
